In this world we live in, sometimes you must be the leader and make the hard choices.
I lead my Warriors into battle and every time I do, I know that I could be leading them into their deaths. This is not an easy thought, but it is the way the world works. We're fighters and death is a risk we take every time we go into battle.
However...
I would follow Arthur and Lancelot wherever they might go---and not just because I'm in love with them.
A good leader has what it takes to be a follower at times. I would follow those knights because they have honor and they fight for the people and for what they believe in. They don’t kill just to kill. They have reasons for everything they do.
You can't be a good leader without first learning how to be a good follower.
